Prices in the Homestead neighborhood generally run from the $400s to the $900s.

The Estates at Terra del Sol

With its own entrance off of County Road 260, the Estates at Terra del Sol section is an enclave of luxury homes set on half-acre lots in the southwest corner of The Ranch. Residents of the Terra del Sol neighborhood have convenient access to all amenities and activities throughout the Santa Rita Ranch development, including multiple community centers, swimming pools, pocket parks, and playground areas.
