Tomball Real Estate Market

The housing market in Tomball is made up almost entirely of single-family homes with very few townhome or condo communities. Home prices typically start around $165,000 and can go up to $3 million, so there's a lot of variety in price, and those moving to Tomball will usually be able to find something suitable to their needs. Empty lots are also common, and there are plenty of great local builders, so buyers can build custom homes.

Tomball Community Amenities

The city of Tomball is home to a variety of parks, trails, and green spaces. Some of the popular parks in town include Jerry Matheson Park, Juergens Park, and Spring Creek Park, which offers campsites and RV hookups, trails, athletic facilities, and picnic areas. There's also Tomball Community Center, which has an indoor pool, gymnasiums, and a fitness center. 

Old Town Tomball is the city's historic downtown, home to a variety of unique local restaurants, antique stores, small shops, and other attractions. The Railroad Depot Plaza in Old Town is the hub for many community events, such as festivals and the year-round Saturday farmers market. 

Tomball's schools are largely managed by the Tomball Independent School District (TISD), which also serves the cities of Pinehurst and Magnolia. The district has three high schools, four middle schools, three intermediate schools, and eleven elementary schools that serve more than 18,000 students. To the southeast, some Tomball neighborhoods are located in Klein ISD.
